Checked in during a busy time and was met with some decent service from staff who were trying their best to keep up with demand I guess also the location is conveniently placed near a shopping center was helpful

The hot breakfast was actually pretty decent which was a nice surprise. One of the staff was actually helpful and professional which stood out amidst the chaos.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive but considering the nightmares, I guess it was acceptable.

The heated pool was such a nice surprise, and I loved the cozy atmosphere of the lounge area where I could unwind with a book. There are some great relaxation spots around the hotel, like the comfortable bean bags by the fire pit and the tranquil garden. The only small issue was that the coffee in the room wasn’t restocked daily, but overall, I had a lovely stay. 😊

The outdoor pool area was relaxing, but the room had roaches in it.

The only thing that was decent was the staff. not rude at all. I did have a chair in my room, and yeah, it was nice for a quick sit down, but it looked like it had seen better days.

my stay was easy and enjoyable since it was just a quick walk to The Shops at Nanuet for some shopping and close to Monsey Glen County Park where I loved strolling around the greenery, making it a perfect base for a city explorer like me.

the blankets were stained, the towels were dirty, and the room smelled like weed. I wouldn't recommend this place.

So, I gotta tell you, the waffles at breakfast were a total letdown. They were crusty and the waffle maker looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages! ! Not to mention the staff were nice, trying their best amidst the chaos.

It made it very uncomfortable, especially for someone who doesn’t smoke. The elevator also felt a bit sketchy with unkempt maintenance. Parking seemed unsafe at night, as the lot attracted some shady characters hanging around. Overall, I felt relief to have a place to sleep without any bedbugs, but the atmosphere could use some serious upgrading.
